'PAUSE' is a public art installation situated in Bagsværd, Copenhagen. The installation features a bench, parasol, and ashtray, all thoughtfully designed to blend in with the surrounding neighborhood while also offering a contrast. 

Created by artist Javier Tapia, the goal was to provide a welcoming space for locals to relax and take a break. As the project's architect, I collaborated with Tapia to fine-tune his design vision and oversee the fabrication process with the talented caster Kristian Nielsen and

blacksmith Markus Hvass. 'PAUSE' is a functional sculpture that perfectly balances humor and brutalism, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere for all.
