Client: Hotel Pro Forma

Hotel Pro Forma celebrated its 30th anniversary with a combined exhibition and performance at the Danish exhibition hall Kunstforeningen GL STRAND. In close collaboration with GL STRAND, Hotel Pro Forma developed a hybrid exhibition that showcased works from the past 30 years while also presenting GL STRAND’s historic spaces in a new Hotel Pro Forma staging.

The view from GL STRAND served as a mega-sized backdrop for the live performers, who continuously presented texts from Hotel Pro Forma’s performances throughout the exhibition's duration.

As the production designer for the exhibition, I designed, built, and installed various props throughout the space. Among other tasks, I painted the backdrop and floor for the reading stage.
